All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

The quotation includes only the works, materials and services specifically listed in the quotation.

Any additional works, materials, repairs or services requested by the customer that are not included in the original quotation will be charged separately.

All additional works must be approved by the customer and paid in full upfront before the additional works commence.

Any changes requested after acceptance of the quotation may result in additional charges and may affect the project completion date.

Measurements, quantities and specifications are based on the information provided at the time of quotation and are subject to verification.

Prices may be revised if measurements, site conditions or the scope of work differ from those originally provided.

Acceptance of the quotation confirms the customer’s agreement to these Terms & Conditions and secures the project booking.

Payment Terms:

For installation projects of up to 2 working days: full payment for all materials and a 20% deposit on the fitting cost are required before work begins. The remaining 80% of the fitting cost is payable upon completion of the works.

For installation projects exceeding 2 working days: full payment for all materials and a 20% deposit on the fitting cost are required before work begins. A further 60% of the fitting cost is payable during the installation, when requested by the fitter, and the remaining 20% is payable upon completion of the works.Any measurements, quantities or information supplied by the customer are subject to inspection and verification by our fitter before work begins.

The quotation remains provisional until our fitter has inspected the property, confirmed all measurements and assessed the site conditions. Once verified, the quotation becomes final.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area is clear, accessible and ready for installation on the agreed start date. Any delays or additional labour resulting from the work area not being ready may incur additional charges.

Any delays caused by adverse weather conditions, site access restrictions, customer-requested changes, delays caused by third-party contractors, material supply delays or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dany & Sons Wood Flooring shall not constitute a breach of contract.

Delays caused by the customer, including failure to provide access, incomplete preparation of the property, unfinished works by other trades or changes requested after work has commenced, may result in the project being rescheduled to the next available installation date.

Such delays do not entitle the customer to withhold, delay, reduce or refuse any payment due under the quotation or agreement.

Additional visits required due to customer delays, site unavailability or requested changes may be charged separately.

Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All flooring materials remain the property of Dany & Sons Wood Flooring until full payment has been received.

Dany & Sons Wood Flooring shall not be liable for delays, damage or defects resulting from structural issues, excessive moisture, hidden subfloor defects, plumbing leaks, electrical works, or any conditions beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is adequately ventilated and maintained after installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

By accepting the quotation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
